Problem
Capturing the nuanced speed and environment of fly fishing in high-motion marine settings required a production pipeline capable of extreme fidelity.
Approach
Aerial-first acquisition strategy using heavy-lift DJI platforms and FPV pursuit drones to capture angles previously inaccessible to tradition production crews.
Execution
Shot over a 12-day window in the Kenai River canyon. Acquisition in 4K ProRes 422 HQ. Post-production focused on realistic color science and high-frequency motion clarity.
Outcome
The final commercial assets drove record bookings for the 2024 season and established a new cinematic benchmark for fly fishing media.
